POSTNATAL & BABY YOGA | FESTIVE CRAFTS| CAFE SOCIAL 🧘‍♀️🎄🍰

Don your festive jumper and hold your baby proudly aloft as the Angel to to your a Christmas tree pose! (Oh yes, it’s beginning to look like that time of year again!)

Welcoming all with little ones from 8 weeks to crawling to join our circle for a nurturing, festive themed yoga practice (45min) to engage with your postnatal body and mindfully bond with your baby, followed by the opportunity to craft baby’s first Christmas bauble keepsake, with a sweet treat and hot drink from the cafe included within your booking - enjoying the chance to properly chat and connect with other mums. This will all take place in a private space off the cafe ✨

You can expect a fun and relaxed morning of bonding, mindfulness and themed movement that offers distraction-free time to soak up precious moments between you and baby and like-minded local mums 🤍

Why the name change, you may ask?

‘Vibrant’, meaning full of energy and life, and ‘Being’, meaning the essence of a person, combined creates the definition of ‘a spirited existence’. I feel this marks my intentions of following nature’s cycles and the joy of sharing these practices with you all as we shift through the seasons and lunar calendar. The union of the sun and moon within the logo, significant for many reasons (particularly in yogic philosophy), symbolises these special experiences. And a clear vision of a rich Indigo could not be denied, perhaps no coincidence that Ajna (the third eye chakra) is also represented by the colour Indigo. What do you think?!

In classic Autumn style, I have welcomed in the refreshing sense of letting go to create space for abundance to move in; new seeds planted. I thank all Aglow Wellbeing has offered and invite in the vision of Vibrant Being ~ it just feels right 🙏

Welcome to Vibrant Being (formerly known as Aglow Wellbeing). Home to Embodied Yoga & Holistic Treatments.

This post is simply to assure that it’s still me! I haven’t gone anywhere, just undergone a metamorphosis! Keep tabs on my social media pages (or comment 'YES!' to be added to my mailing list) for updates on my services and new opportunities to practice with me, as there will be a few exciting alterations as we move through Winter.

Once again, a huge thank you for being a part of the Vibrant Being family! There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for each and every one of you and I look forward to holding space for you again soon, however that may be 🤲
