Roles: Residential Children's Home Manager
Salary: £65,000 a year + £5,000 sign up bonus

Requirements:
Proven experience managing children's homes.
-NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
-Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
-Strong leadership, decision-making, and safeguarding skills.

Responsibilities:
-Overall Management
-Overseeing care plans, managing staff performance,
- Nurturing environment that promotes safety and growth.
