SUMMER CHALLENGE 2025 ☀️21st July-31st August ☀️

It’s back, and better than ever! This year we’re doing summer bingo. 25 challenges, 5 rows.

How to sign up:

Put your name on a bingo card in studio - easy! This is for anyone and everyone, you don’t need to be a member.

If you can’t sign up by the 21st, do not worry! You can enter at any point before the 31st August, however the earlier you sign up, the more time you’ll have 😊

How do you win?

Complete one of the following:

•3 rows
•5 rows

How do you get your bingo stamped?

Each time you attend a class and do one of the challenges, the teacher will stamp your bingo card. We have a variety of activities on there but they must be accompanied by a class!

❌ no cheating! One stamp per class (you can’t do 4 bingo numbers on one visit - but good try!)

What do you win?

✨ goodie bag if you complete 2,3 or 5 rows

✨ the chance to win a larger prize! There’ll be a prize draw for each of the 3 categories.

3 years of Hotpod Yoga Norwich 🥹💜

25th June marked 3 years of bringing Hotpod to Norwich. And what an adventure it’s been so far. We managed to gather more than half of the team for lunch to celebrate (not an easy feat!)

Just two weeks into lockdown (March 2020) I was truly missing and after researching, I found out it was a franchise. It was one of those moments where it just ‘clicked’ that this was the next step for me. No second thoughts, no what ifs, just pure excitement!

So I moved up here in September 2021 with the sole purpose of opening my own studio and starting a different life to the London rat race. It wasn’t an easy start… renovating a house, launching a new business all whilst going through a breakup at the same time wasn’t what I had planned😅 but it was all worth it, and the life I was wanting is far better than I could have imagined.

The people I get to work with; customers, teachers and local business owners have been so incredible and such a breathe of fresh air. Although I have to juggle a lot of hats, it feels natural to me and just a way of life… in jobs I’d always be wondering what’s next, but with the studio that question hasn’t even crossed my mind - except perhaps how can I continue to make it better for all of you 💜

With my wedding in August I plan to celebrate a belated Hotpod birthday with all of you in September - so keep your eyes peeled for this - I’m thinking live DJ in the pod to the Hotpod flow and drinks/food afterwards. If you have any fun ideas let me know!

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey so far - we receive messages all the time on the impact Hotpod has had on your life, and I want to thank YOU for embracing the magic of the pod and welcoming me to Norwich. It truly feels like home.

It’s not often we get so many of the teacher’s all together but Friday 8:30am dynamic flow is a VIBE and we love it. Sweating it out and switching off ahead of the weekend.

For mental health awareness week Hotpod have partnered with . A charity that does incredible work to prevent su***de. They want to help people end their misery, not their lives.

As I’m sure so many of you have experienced first hand, the pod has this magic that helps you switch off, regroup your thoughts and makes life’s struggles that little bit easier. It’s about so much more more than just moving your body.

Our aim across all Hotpod studios is to raise £10,000 for this, at Hotpod Norwich we’re hosting a 75 minute Hotpod Flow x Rest & Restore THIS SATURDAY (17th) at 1pm 😍 it’s the ultimate of all Hotpod classes. This class is £10 with all proceeds going to . But hurry we’ve only got 10 spots left!!

Can’t make Saturday? We’ve also got a 3 class pack giving you access to Nurturing Flows and Rest & Restore for £30 - 50% of proceeds going to 💜 this is available up until the 18th May.

Help us raise money for an incredible cause, and also take some time out for yourself with a class. Know anyone who’s struggling? Hotpod might be the thing that helps - any questions were always at the end of a call… or DM!

Christmas Schedule 🎄✨🎉
