Christmas Timetable 🎄

The holidays are almost here and we have a full timetable with a few changes to cater for you all! The only day we are closed is Christmas Day so a huge thank you to the teaching team - let’s make the classes busy!!!

Unlimited classes at off-peak times for £55 per month.

World Mental Health Day 🌍

Well, this is Sarah 🥹 she’s just one of our many wonderful regulars who comes to Hotpod.

Sarah had sent me a few messages recently on the positive impact the pod has had for her mental health. And on world mental health day, if this can reach just one person who’s struggling and it’s the thing that works to help them feel better, or even just to switch off from whatever they’ve got going on for an hour, then great.

Sitting down and actually hearing it just means the world, I don’t teach as much anymore and I’m busy behind the scenes doing the admin and making it all run smoothly! It can be easy to forget that the pod really does help people feel better. Sarah’s just one of many who lets me and the teachers know the impact it’s had.
