WORLD MENOPAUSE DAY.

Apparently menopause is a natural process that we should all embrace at this stage in life said anyone who has never experienced it!!!!!

I agree some women will breeze through this stage while others will struggle, but bear in mind that 50% of the population can spend upto 50% of their lives in peri-menopause, menopause and postmenopause.

Menopause happens to be a specialist area of my work and I have a lot of personal experience in this field. So whether you want to tackle this holistically, medically or a combination of the two I am here to support you on your journey with empathy and understanding.

Some cultures consider a double rainbow lucky 🌈. You can just make out the 2nd one. I didn't feel very lucky while I was getting soaked by the rain with the sun hot on the back of my raincoat! 🤣

I love September.

I have always felt that it gives you the chance to restart all the good intentions you started at the beginning of the year. It's a chance to dust off the last of the summer and embrace the change of season.

I myself have been upping my self care. I have recently joined the village yoga group, thank you Yoga with Catherine, I have cut out the ultra processed foods, well tried, and embraced my skincare and gua sha regime.
