Responsibilities:
✅Supporting with personal care when required
✅Providing 1-1 or group support
✅Creating ways to interact and engaging with the people you support
✅Encouraging residents to join in activities
✅Support residents to be as independent as possible
✅Monitoring the people you support and reporting any concerns to a team leader or person in charge
✅Filling in various documentation ensuing clear and concise information is documented appropriately

Requirements:
✅Drivers are preferred, but public transport may be available from certain areas.

Adapted boats bring accessible sailing to Norfolk! ⛵

A Norfolk sailing club has invested thousands of pounds in accessible boats and equipment to allow people with a wide range of abilities to take to the water.

People with mobility issues will be able to get into the two vessels using a new pontoon which has a hoist built into it.

Snettisham Beach Sailing Club has invested £27,000 in the facilities, which are the first of their kind in the county.
