Experiencing the beautiful art of Reusi Dat Ton

A guided meditation and Thai Yoga .ruesi Dat Ton movement.
Alllowing you to feel into your body using thai stretching methods

Outdoors in Sheringham with the sea , sky and wind ,connecting to nature that is all around us .

We will also sauna .
There will be optional choice to sea paddle or swim.

Sauna time

The sauna will be slowly dropped to a comfortable 70 -80c
This is a beautiful Temperature to gentle warm and massage the body.
We will then prepare the body
Creating steam with Thai scents to calm and cleanse the body within and to nourish the skin.
We will close with a ritual of gently oiling the skin

The Finnish word ´ löyly ´ is the name for the evaporating hot steam that rises from the stoves after water has been carefully thrown on top of them.

I will be guiding you throughout the session using
'Ruesi dat ton' techniques,

Ruesi Dat Ton /Thai yoga is deeply nourishing the self.

Massage allows you to connect to your own body
You will leave feeling nourished and pampered.

SAUNA AND ME
Hosting sauna rituals at latitude festival .

I have been working alongside and now working for for 4 years now and have been honoured to have share his wisdom and love of saunas with me.
Tom brought mobile Sauna to Norfolk & I'm so pleased he did this too.

I experienced my first ritual within the sauna horsebox with Tom hosting and luckily he has since shown me . It was so good .I knew I would love doing this too.
And luckily I have been hosting rituals for the last two years .

There is something more you get from a ritual.
For me to share and be the host of the ritual it's just as enjoyable as experiencing .
I have always had a natural role in life to share .

So below is a snippet of how you would experience this .

Sauna rituals / experiences /ceremony 

Being able to give people the experience of sownaa In a longer session is so healing.

Grounding the body in nature, feeling into the breath.

You are then invited into the sauna.

The Heat from the stove feels gentle.

In a space that is shared, it then becomes individual yours to sit within your senses .

We bring in nature from smells, sounds and sensations of steam and water.

Allowing silence to be there allowing your evoking thoughts of memories or connections to be gathered .

Whisks of birch are soaked, with all of the natural oils , saponins slowly are released bringing in the cleansing .

The stove is gifted with birch water added thoughts or words that the host or you have are blended in .

Whisks are brought to the steam heavy with water to cool you, or warm to give you heat.

It begins the touch of the leaves to the skin, a gentle tap or brush of the whisks to the body.

From neck to toes or back to feet. The time of day and energy of the group will lead to how I whisk .

Throughout the fire warms the stove and the gentle hug of Loyly will always be present .

Beautifully weaving in Thai stretches, inspired by the ancient techniques of Wat Pho in Thailand.
These therapeutic, passive stretches help to release deep-seated tension, improve range of motion, and promote overall energetic balance.
