Neatening up a patient’s post summer gardening feet! After a season of hard work in gardening clogs, it was time to tidy and freshen up this client’s nails. I will be returning in 8 weeks to stay on top of their growth!

Foot Care Friday! 🦶✨ Tip #1

Do you struggle to reach and wash your feet when showering?
Foot hygiene is incredibly important, as it helps to remove a build up of bacteria and dirt, and prevent fungal infections. Something I recommend to all my patients, is a shower foot scrub, which can help you to keep your feet clean and fresh (even between the toes!), without having to bend down, lift your leg, and move in awkward positions. Just make sure you thoroughly dry your feet and between the toes following a wash, and apply moisturiser.
Just search 'shower foot scrubber' on amazon - there are many different types and makes out there, so make sure you find the one that suits you!

Hi, I'm Megan, a fully qualified and insured mobile Foot Health Practitioner based in South Norfolk, UK. I offer a variety of services which seek to improve and maintain overall foot health, as well as specialist knowledge and advice to help prevent future foot health problems occurring. This includes routine nail cutting and help to manage conditions such as fungal nail infections, athletes foot, verrucas, thickened nails, ingrown toe nails and corns and callus, all of which can be carried out from the comfort of your own home.
