When I stepped into the online world and started my business it wasn’t easy. It challenged me, stretched me, and forced me to step into the discomfort I used to run from. But a it reminded me no looking back if it wasn’t for this community, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

The truth about letting go - We hold on twice as hard

Think about it juts for a second it feels like a massive weight a heaviness that you wish you still have and you don’t know how to let go!

But the truth is we hold on twice as hard to the things we love the things we hold comfort in for example;

Our Jobs
Our Relationships
Our Friendships
Our Habits
Our thoughts.

This list can go on and on, but we have to ask how can we let go? - for me it’s been taking each day as a win and really looking internally and asking what we truly want. And want to achieve in life.

Could it be letting go of an old relationship? Could it be letting go of a friendship that you thought once was or a job that you no longer love?

Even starting a business but you decide to stay in the comfort of what you already know and live in paycheck to paycheck and each with each year that goes by you realise that you’re in the same cycle that you always have been and you’re longing for more .

letting go is about speaking your truth and actually starting to love you as who you are and letting the emotions come up when they need to because every day gets a little bit brighter and then before you know it you’ve let go .
