Spring Reset
I can’t wait to get back into a routine next week. I am back to my class schedule and also running an Online Pilates Strength Challenge
The online sessions are Tuesday & Friday 6.15am - the mornings are getting lighter and it’s such a great way to start the day! You won’t regret it 💪
I’m also looking forward to getting back into the studio- I have some new moves and feeling refreshed after a lovely break- I’m ready to challenge you all- let’s go!
