Apologies to anyone who has been in touch this week and hasn't heard back from me. The turn into September has seen an overwhelming amount of new enquiries and I know some have slipped through the net.

Looking at my diary though I expect it will be October before I'll be able to see new patients. Southrepps always has more availability, so if you're looking for something urgent take a look there.

The most efficient way to book an appointment is via my website. The diary is kept up to date. If you're a new patient please book three appointments, spaced weekly. If these are not required they can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty.

Thanks to all for your patience in the changes to treatment schedules over the last few months.
I'm very happy to let you know that from from August I'll be working back in Southrepps on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you're booked in at Rossis for August, I'll be in touch to confirm the new details with you.
We're not completely back to normal yet though as the builders are still working in the rest of the house Monday to Friday. Once the building works are completed I will cease weekend working and return to my normal working days of Tuesdays and Thursdays in Southrepps.

My working pattern in Holt continues to be Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you're booked for Holt, but would prefer to see me in Southrepps, just let me know.

If you've a question, just get in touch. Email or Whats App are the best options as signal at the house is terrible!

Thank you to everyone for their patience as I take some time off to be with my Mum.
It isn't a bad spot where she lives is it? Morecambe prom on a sunny day, with a view of the Lakeland mountains over the bay. It has to be one of the best for me.
I believe I've completed the re-booking of the cancelled appointments now. If you were waiting to hear from me and haven't please get in touch.

Mr E treated me to an early Friday night curry in Holt. It can only be recommended!
We stopped off in Weybourne on our way home to spend some time with the swallows flying round the cliffs. Still can't believe we live here!
The build continues to move along well thanks to the efforts of a fantastic team. All being well we're on track for an autumn return to treatments in Southrepps.
Hope you're starting to feel some benefits from the change in weather. If you're not, some acupuncture might help!

A lovely sunrise this week, captured on our early morning walk around the village. We so love our life in Norfolk.
The builders have arrived in Southrepps and so I have now paused practise there for approx 6 months.
Alternative locations for treatment are:
Sunday at Rossis in North Walsham or
Monday & Wednesday at Holt Holistic Centre .
Appointments can still be booked in the same way as previously.

Early warning that there will be roadworks in Southrepps from Monday.

13th Jan to 20th Jan - Thorpe Road - Best to access clinic from Northrepps or via Lower Street/Mundesley side of village (not from Thorpe Market direction).

20th to 27th Jan - Sandy Lane - All ok but turn off main road onto Church Street near The Vernon (not Sandy Lane).

27th Jan to 31st Jane - Chapel Street - All fine if coming from the north. If coming from the south, used Long Lane or Thorpe Road (no access from Mundesley end of village).

I'll take a walk round on Monday to check what is actually happening and update further.

Thanks so much to those of you who have chosen to work with me. In a little over two years, with your support, I have established thriving clinics, both in Southrepps and Holt. My roots are firmly established in Norfolk!

My practice in Holt is on the move!
I’ll be working at Holt Holistic Centre, 10 Station Road, Holt, NR25 6BS from Wednesday 7th February 2024. There will be a couple of changes, but once in the treatment room my aim is to keep treatments exactly the same.

Due to availability at the centre my working days in Holt will be Monday and Wednesday.

The Holistic Centre does not have reception, so I will be managing all bookings. To book please call me on 07549 928472 or 01263 833814 and leave me a message. My aim is to return any messages within one business day. If you prefer to text, please send me a message via Whats App, as the signal at home isn't reliable enough for texts.. Sometimes the best laid plans....sadly I've started the New Year poorly.
Whilst incredibly frustrating I'm trying my hardest to accept the gift of some enforced 'loafing'. If you're a regular client of mine you probably understand what I mean. I often prescribe a good dose of loafing around, it can incredibly healing.
So I am snuggled under a blanket, watching a film enjoying a coffee from my Christmas coffee machine.

I'm off to Trunch this Friday to deliver a series of short pamper treatments. I love doing these events as I get to meet loads of new people and spread the word about how amazing acupuncture can be!
