My dear ones
Some of you are so overwhelmed and forcing yourself into situations that do not suit you
Take the hand of spirit
Allow them to settle you.
You do this by simply doing nothing.

Take a moment
Empty your mind
Focus on the hear and now
And Breathe….. then breathe again
Take this moment to calm the storm that’s raging inside
And allow the settling to begin
Once you’ve settled the emotions
Then you will see much more clearly what is the path that suits your needs.
There will always be chaos and issues to deal with in life
But you my loves
Have the choice of how you’re going to deal with them.
Panic is panic and it always leads to
Misfortune and misery
Sharpen your instincts
Train yourself to remain calm
And things will flow much better for you…….

Good morning all

There’s something really special waking up early on a freezing morn

Letting the dogs out to play in the cold
Listening to gentle classical music on low volume with a warm cuppa
While sitting alone,
no distraction
No talking
Just simply vibing in my own energy.
