‼️It is National Walking Month‼️
National Walking Month in 2025 takes place throughout the month of May, encouraging people to embrace the benefits of walking for fitness and well-being.

If school or work is too far, try walking part of the way instead. Take the Stairs - Instead of taking the lift or elevator, take the stairs. Go Exploring - Explore your local area, or enjoy a day out in the countryside, beach or park.

Important notice - temporary closure for staff training.

The surgery will be closed from 13.00 on Wednesday 30th April. This is for essential staff training. This training is important to ensure we continue to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.

If you need to access urgent medical care during this time please call 111

It is Stress Awareness Month.

Stress is something that everyone feels at times.

The NHS has been identified as having higher than average stress-related sickness absence, compared to all job sectors across the country. Stress, alongside anxiety and other psychiatric illnesses, is consistently the most reported reason for sickness absence in the NHS, accounting for over 476,000 full-time equivalent days lost

We have been auditing our workload on a monthly basis and would like to share this with our patients. As a surgery we work very hard to manage our workload in a timely manner. We wanted to share with you what we have been able to process in March.
