HIP FOCUSSED YOGA - 4 WEEK SERIES
We’ll take the hips through all ranges of motion to improve mobility and awareness, explore end range strength, and generally give some love to an area that many of us find tight or problematic.
We’ll be practicing a similar sequence across the 4 weeks, with variations and progressions added as we go. This consistency allows you to become familiar with the class, know what’s coming, and build your practice at your own pace. While a few poses will change and I’ll add in some new elements to keep things fresh, you’ll also get the chance to revisit much of the sequence, helping you understand the movements more deeply and notice your progress week by week.
