Today I took some time to receive, it was beautiful.

We can’t always feel our own emotions, yes…even us energy workers that work with other peoples feelings every single day.

We don’t always connect a physical pain to an emotional reason. Sometimes it is purely physical, but more often that not - there is something deeper that wants to be acknowledged.

I am always learning, forever a student in this complex world of healing. So grateful for all the lessons and even more grateful for the amazing therapists I meet along the way.

This one has been ready to come through for a while but decided to take its sweet time 🪷

As many of my clients know from experience, Reiki can reveal some really unique insights.

It may be the suggestion of an emotional imbalance, vibrant colours or even visits from spirit guides.

It never fails to amaze me, the body talks and you just have to listen.

There is always time and room for discussion after the session, to talk about interpretation and helpful things you can do moving forward in order to work with what came through.
This won’t ever change, it’s part of the experience and continuation of care.

This new service is aimed at those that feel called to taking a deeper dive into their healing. A personalised follow up of what came up in the session, what it could mean and ways of working with that to create balance going forward.

Meraki Holistic Massage & Reiki Therapy is here to help you truly relax and connect with your inner spirit. Life can be busy, stressful and sometimes just too much - allow some time to rest and come back to yourself.

Each therapy is specifically tailored to the you. We are all unique individuals, with different wants and needs. This treatment time is about you and nobody else.

I do not follow a set routine for each person. We will discuss before the treatment starts, what it is you want from the session and which areas you would like massaged.

At all times in any massage treatment, you will be fully covered with a large towel, exposing only the area in which I am working on.
