Many of my clients have first had Reflexology at one of these holistic therapy centres following cancer treatment. We are very lucky to have the likes of the excellent charities Star Throwers and The Big C centre in Norwich.

I probably shouldn’t be sharing this… but it’s too good not to.

After years of research, I’ve been trialling a new reflexology mapping technique that can predict your next takeaway order based purely on pressure points in your feet.

So far, the results have been… surprisingly accurate.

I’ve identified:
🍜 Chinese takeaways that were “just a quick option”
🍕 Pizzas that should have been a salad
🥙 And the occasional very committed kebab night

I’m considering adding it as an optional extra during treatments… purely for research purposes, of course.
