With the weather being as it is one can be forgiven in thinking that Spring is far away in the distance, however dispite the cold and wet, nature is showing signs of awakening. Daffodils and snowdrops are abundant and the Blue Tit's are eyeing up the nest box on our garage wall. I would just like to say a very heartfelt thank you to everyone that has supported me over the past year whether as a client or attendee at one of my groups. Wishing you all the Brightest of Blessings at this Autumn Equinox. As the season turns once again towards winter we notice the changes that Nature brings. The beautiful colours will soon start to show themselves in all their glory and as the evenings slowly start to draw in closer maybe it's a good time to reflect on our own inner harvest. Have we achieved all that we might have wished for or if not maybe some deeper contemplation over the next few months will bring greater clarity as the light begins to return at Imbolc next February.
