Marked ‘safe’. (Yes it’s a pun). I’m safe and well though had a busy time and been away from social media. Here’s the real reason for my post….

Not everything you have going on needs to be visible. Nor do you have to explain yourself to everyone (or anyone). It’s what matters to you, your life and wellbeing that is key.

⚡️Your time and energy are valuable.

🎯 Being selective about who gets that is achieved by setting and putting into place your own boundaries.

That can feel uncomfortable at first, especially if you’re used to putting your needs lower down the priority list, especially as a parent, sibling or carer.

If you feel boundaries are unclear, you’ll possibly notice you are feeling resentful. You might use passive strategies that require others to somehow ‘read your mind’. Is it time to work on changing and increasing your ability to communicate clearer?

It’s back! The Norwich Lanes Summer Fayre will be taking place on Sunday 13th July (11am - 5pm)

We are delighted to announce that The Lanes Clinic will be having a stall outside the clinic at the Norwich Lanes Summer Fayre this year, offering seated massage and information on what we offer.

There will be street markets, pop up kitchens + live music, DJs and walkabout acts. So come enjoy all the Lanes have to offer this Sunday.
