From 19th–30th January, we’re challenging all Bannatyne Health Clubs to rack up as many MOVE’s as possible, so that your club can win this month challenge🏆

How it works:�
✔️ Log into any cardio machine in-club using the Bannatyne App�
✔️ Every MOVE you earn adds to your club’s total�
✔️ The club with the most MOVE’s wins

🏆The prize?
A shiny new trophy, serious bragging rights, and the title of the first challenge winners of 2026.

📲How to join:�Head to the ‘Challenges’ section in the Bannatyne app, tap the Make Your MOVE’s Challenge, and you’re in! (Late joiners welcome, as MOVE’s count from the day you join.)

👫Who can take part?�Members and staff. All fitness levels welcome

Kelly, a member at Bannatyne Health Club Chafford Hundred, has shared her health club experience.

From her first daunting aqua aerobics class to losing over 10 stone (63kg), Kelly’s journey shows the life-changing impact of inclusive fitness, expert support, and community spirit.

Despite spinal injuries and physical limitations, Kelly found encouragement from the Bannatyne team, tried new classes, and built a daily gym routine that transformed both her body and mindset.

She also discovered the power of friendship and belonging, forming lasting bonds with fellow members she calls the “Bannatyne Babes”.
