As the year comes to an end, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect on everything it’s held.

For my patients, anti-wrinkle has been the most popular treatment this year, and pHformula CR Recovery has been the skincare product so many of you have loved, especially for sensitive or inflamed skin.

There have been some big personal milestones too. Welcoming a baby and moving house have both been huge chapters and ones I’m incredibly grateful for.

On the clinic side, this year has also been about growth and learning. Renovations are underway for a new clinic space, coming in 2026, memberships have been introduced, and I’ve spent lots of time attending training courses to keep learning and developing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me this year. I’m really looking forward to what’s next.

If you’ve ever thought about an under eye treatment but felt unsure about what to expect, this post is for you👇

The under eye area is very delicate, so everything about my approach is kept gentle. I use nanosoft needles to help make treatment as comfortable as possible and to minimise the chance of bruising. After treatment, it’s completely normal to see small bumps where the product has been placed, these usually settle within a couple of days, and some mild swelling the following day can also happen.

Both NCTF and polynucleotides work gradually, rather than instant change - they focus on improving skin quality over time. Many people notice their under eyes looking brighter, feeling more hydrated and appearing smoother as the sessions progress.

My main aim is to always want you to feel calm, informed and at ease, so I make sure to take the time to explain everything clearly and check in with you throughout 🤍
