Activ4LIFE - Fitness & Weight Management Classes in Norfolk Wellbeing, exercise and weight management classes in Norwich and surrounding area's with Julie Atthowe You control the level you work at.

My classes offer Fitness fat burning sessions with the option for weight management and nutritional advice if required. I am fully qualified to teach exercise and have received nutritional training. I want to show you that Fitness really can be fun no matter what your fitness level is. My classes are designed for ages 18+ and are all multi level.

Hi everyone, I have taken the decision to close class at Hellesdon High School this evening. This is due to the Amber heat health warning and poor ventilation at the school. Everyone is very welcome to attend any other class!

Hi everyone, just a quick reminder that we are unable to have Roxley Hall tomorrow morning due to building maintenance work.

However, we are going to meet for a walk instead! Please park in Roxley Hall car park for 10am. The walk will take us around an hour. Please remember to bring walking boots/wellies 🥾

Fabulous day out at Hever Castle yesterday! Greeted with warm mulled wine followed by a delicious Christmas lunch then onto the beautiful castle and gardens, which really came to life after dark! Special mention to our coach driver, Simon, who battled through the elements to get us there and back safely!
