Activ4LIFE - Fitness & Weight Management Classes in Norfolk Wellbeing, exercise and weight management classes in Norwich and surrounding area's with Julie Atthowe You control the level you work at.

My classes offer Fitness fat burning sessions with the option for weight management and nutritional advice if required. I am fully qualified to teach exercise and have received nutritional training. I want to show you that Fitness really can be fun no matter what your fitness level is. My classes are designed for ages 18+ and are all multi level.

Hi everyone,

This will probably come as no surprise but I have decided to close class this evening at Sprowston Senior Citizens Centre.

This is due to the ongoing weather conditions.

I will make a decision tomorrow morning regarding class, as the weather is saying we are in for more snow overnight or rain 🤷‍♀️

Good morning,

I have taken the decision to close class at Roxley Hall this morning. This is due to the temperatures remaining below freezing until at least lunchtime. The main roads maybe clear but side roads are still very treacherous and I have concerns about the safety of the site at Roxley Hall itself.

I have taken the decision to close class at Hellesdon High School this evening. This is due to further snowfall overnight, temperatures below or at freezing during the day and further snow forecast this afternoon.

I’m sorry, but I would rather you stay at home and be safe rather than making an unnecessary journey this evening.

What a fabulous week of classes and the final bootcamp of 2025 🎉 you rocked reindeer trots, perfected 12 days and finished off with hula and boxing at bootcamp 🥊 thank you to everyone for your beautiful cards and presents - I’ll look forward to opening them on the big day!
