Hi, I’m Georgina, I’m a yoga teacher and yoga therapist and I specialise in helping people feel happier, healthier, and stronger through yoga, meditation and mindfulness. As humans, we can be complex beings, but all the different parts of us—mind, body, and soul—are interconnected and work together. Yoga therapy offers a holistic approach to health that brings these parts into balance, helping us live with more ease, resilience, and joy.
My goal is to guide each person on their unique journey toward wellness, providing tools that empower you to reconnect with yourself and support your well-being in everyday life.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have experienced countless benefits to both my mental and physical health. These experiences inspired me to train in yoga therapy so I could help others in the same way. I work with people facing a range of conditions, both mental and physical, some conditions I work with include stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, healthy ageing, balance issues, multiple sclerosis (MS) as well as recovery and support through cancer treatment.
My approach is gentle, compassionate, and adaptable, ensuring that each session meets you where you are. Whether you’re seeking relief from specific challenges or simply looking to cultivate a greater sense of well-being, I offer a supportive space for exploration, healing, and growth.
