Decades Reloaded is a groundbreaking dance fitness class/brand blending nostalgic music and social connection which is guaranteed to lift your mood and make you smile.
Dance to iconic beats while enhancing strength, connection, and confidence. Come sweat, smile, and socialise with us, as we believe fitness should be a joyful celebration of life!

Who is it suitable for?
Suitable for all fitness abilities, ages, shapes and sizes.

How much does it cost?
It’s £6.25 per class or £35 for a block of six classes. Included in our membership.

Don’t forget to plan your week ahead ‼️

Prepare and plan some healthy meals - You can get some highly nutritious ingredients in and then do a batch cook of a few meals!
Remember YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! And this will fuel your body and give you good energy for the week!

Plan how many workouts you are going to do and when?
Whether that be a daily walk? Some running? Gym sessions? Fitness classes with ATP 😉
Whatever it is…. Set yourself something that will not overwhelm you and that is achievable!!!
You can do it! I’m routing for you! And I’ve got your back 💪 🙌

Plan something spontaneous or fun into your week! - something to look forward to and to get excited about! This boosts morale and gives you some get up and go!

🔥 THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE 🔥

Meet Lisa who is smashing all of her goals and listen to how she did it!

Lisa is a 46 year old mum and she has been attending my fitness classes consistently for the last 3 years.

She was overweight at the beginning of her journey but was determined to do something about it!
Fast forward to today and here are her results!
Lisa really is a true inspiration and has transformed both her body and mind through a consistent exercise regime and portion sized eating!

Lisa attends Bodysculpt, Kettlebells, Combat and Legs Bums & Tums regularly.

Even on days where she didn’t particularly want to turn up to class because she had an off day or she was super tired! She still showed up and worked through it! And by the end she would feel better!
That’s THE POWER OF GROUP FITNESS and that’s what makes you stand out and achieve excellent results - consistency and hard work!!!!

I cannot tell you all how much I have loved my classes this week! Awesome vibes and a great bunch of genuine day to day people!
I feel uplifted and also feel like I’m making a huge difference to peoples lives whether that be out in the community or on peoples screens in their homes!

On Monday 20th October I’ll be running the final 28 Day Online Fitness Challenge this year which is designed to help you …….

✅ Feel more confident in your Christmas Party outfit
✅ Tighten and tone your body!

✅ Energise your body and mind!

💪The challenge is to exercise with us consistently from the comfort of your own home through our fun fuelled online workouts!
You will receive 24/7 access to 16 online/home workouts across 4 weeks (4 workouts a week)

Our 4 Weekly Classes will be:-

🏃‍♀️ 🏋 Block Fitness (toning, core & cardio) - 45 mins
👊 Combat (cardio)- 45 mins
🏋️‍♀️ Strong & Lean (strength & toning) - 35 mins
🍑 LBT/Absolute Core (core & toning) - 35 mins

All fitness abilities, shapes and sizes can join in!

🍱 You will be given a healthy eating guide with some excellent advice and tips which you can apply to improve your energy and results.

💬 Plus you will receive regular support, motivation and encouragement throughout the challenge via our chat group so you can be held accountable so you can stay on track and make it to the end!

The price is £30 to join for the 5 weeks of 24/7 access!

I’ll also throw in a couple of other benefits including some Pilates online and some other epic shorter workouts!
