🌿✨ Hello, lovely followers - we’re still here ✨🌿
It’s been a little quiet on here, so I wanted to take a moment to reconnect. I may have been silent online… but behind the scenes, a very exciting new chapter has been unfolding for Heidi’s Aromatherapy.
For anyone new here, I founded Heidi’s Aromatherapy over a decade ago after qualifying as a Clinical Aromatherapist. I began by offering treatments in clinic at Neal’s Yard Remedies, before stepping into freelance consultancy as a Clinical Aromatherapist and Natural Product Formulator. Since then, I’ve been advising global brands, formulating natural products, offering regulatory guidance, and writing about essential oil science, work I have truly loved.
Over the years, with the guidance of an incredible mentor, I’ve immersed myself deeply in the world of essential oil purity and quality. This has become the heartbeat of Heidi’s Aromatherapy. I’ve seen first-hand how many poor-quality or adulterated “essential oils” are out there, and how confusing the market can be. I’ve also seen companies use clever-sounding “grades” and purity claims that simply don’t exist, a marketing tool rather than a scientific truth.
What is real, however, is that essential oil quality can be understood through proper testing, careful analysis, and the application of correct information. And that’s what I’ve dedicated myself to. My goal is to empower people to understand quality for themselves, not rely on empty claims or misleading labels.
Whilst my consultancy work continues as before, in January 2026, a very exciting new chapter will be launching for Heidi’s Aromatherapy… and I can’t wait to reveal what I’ve been quietly working on.
