Rosemary is a fully qualified, registered, experienced and fully insured Bowen Therapist. She is conveniently based in Little Plumstead on the outskirts of Norwich just minutes away from both the A47 and the NDR.

The Bowen Technique is a unique form of holistic remedial bodywork, effective at relieving or resolving painful muscular and skeletal disorders, a wide range of health problems, traumatic injuries and chronic painful conditions or illnesses. Some Bowen procedures activate draining of the lymphatic system, stimulating the immune system. As such it is suitable for all: pregnant women, new born babies, very frail or elderly

Rosemary offers appointments both during the day and evenings. Charges:
Adults £42 per session of 40 - 45 minutes. Up to 5 years £12
Young people between age 6 - 16 £22

A Bowen session with Rosemary will always start with an assessment allowing treatment to be targeted to each individual client. To gain the full benefit from your Bowen experience it is often recommended you have an initial course of 3 treatments each a week apart. Further appointments can then be arranged as required. The Bowen Technique is a unique form of holistic remedial bodywork, effective at relieving or resolving painful muscular and skeletal disorders, a wide range of health problems, traumatic injuries and chronic painful conditions or illnesses. Bowen addresses the whole body, not just a symptom. Thats the beauty of Bowen - It's a holistic treatment that addresses the whole body and not just a particular area. I will assess the body on each and every treatment and then treat what I find.

Bowen is gentler than many other manual therapies.
