Ivana shares heartfelt practices of traditional Hatha, Tantra, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Ayurveda. She is over 2200 hrs trained and certified senior yoga teacher and Ayurvedic consultant, and therapist. All of her studies and her personal inner work have created a holistic approach to what she shares and lives by. So these teachings, which have been passed on and through her, will inspire your heart and mind to descend into the exploration of knowing ourselves on deeper levels of our being. You will be invited to welcome yourself into these practices as you are and start from this very place. To slow down from the busyness of day-to-day life. To quieten our mind, to create a space for deep listening, knowing and to re-connect...To remember our innate nature, which rests in effortless awareness. For intensifying and, most importantly, sustaining this freedom and creative field through movement, awareness, breath, subtle body practices & self-inquiry. Whether it is healing, purifying, transforming, inspiring or tapping into the unknown, everyone is welcome. She believes that with reverence and commitment to ourselves through these practices, Yoga reveals itself and allows us to receive its spark of insight, clarity, well-being and richness to this sacred life. Weaving these threads together has been, and will continue to be, her life's purpose, and she looks forward to sharing this Way of Life with you.

We began with sargam ~ gently warming the voice while sensing vibration in the body and listening for our own resonance.

Rather than singing toward something outside of ourselves, we explored sound as a felt sense experience.
Letting the mantras open awareness from within.

Over the past few years, I have quietly found myself supporting and working with yoga teachers ~ deepening their practice, refining their presence, and tending what lives beneath their teaching.

This extended Easter morning practice is an invitation to begin the day slowly and spaciously. We will take our time ~ a generous 90 minutes to arrive, land in the body, and let ourselves be moved...

There is no rush here. We ease into practice through delicious, unhurried transitions, sensing how movement unfolds from within. An opportunity for connection, rhythm, and subtle shifts ~ allowing the body to move and flow at its own pace, meeting both vitality and quiet presence as the morning light settles around us.
And because it’s Delicious Flow…

A homemade treat and hot drink are included, your Good Friday morning lovingly sorted.

Let me introduce you to SOMA FLOW:

In the Vedic tradition, Soma is the sacred delight that awakens higher consciousness.
In Ta**ra, it is the inner nectar of bliss experienced when awareness meets the spiritual heart and energy moves freely.
In Ayurveda, Soma is the cooling, nourishing lunar principle that restores and replenishes vitality.
In a somatic sense, Soma is the lived, felt experience of being fully present in the body.

SOMA FLOW is a holistic, complete practice that integrates these teachings. It invites curiosity, exploration, and self-inquiry, awakening awareness and a deeply felt connection to the essence of these ancient traditions. Through somatic and subtle energy practices that are adaptable and spiritually rooted, we cultivate sensitivity and resilience in the whole body while reconnecting to inner guidance.

The intention is to experience our sadhana - our practice as a path of deeper connection to oneself and to the whole of life.

These classes welcome newcomers and experienced practitioners alike - anyone who wishes to be moved in their practice, and to remain open to the unfolding processes of becoming and being, both on the mat and in life.

Chat, Chant & Chai

A monthly community circle to come together in conversation, devotion, and care with one another.

A space for us to sit in shared inquiry, honest reflection, and vulnerability with what’s present. As we live and move through our spiritual path, where paradox, doubt, and confusion often appear, we gather to share and find clarity and inspiration.
Most importantly, we explore how to bridge these teachings into our daily lives, making them accessible and livable.

In the Yoga Vasistha - a profound philosophical Hindu text I have been reading, returning to, and trying to understand for nearly ten years, we are reminded that four things support us on the path: satsanga (good company), self-inquiry, contentment, and inner peace.

We are not meant to walk this path alone.

Each gathering will include time for conversation and reflection, chanting to return to the heart, and chai to ground us.

Sunday 12th April & 17th May 2.30-4 PM

This offering is by donation. All contributions go toward supporting community ~ helping make classes and gatherings accessible to those who cannot afford full pricing, so more spaces like this can continue to exist.

About Ivana Prekopova

Ivana shares the heartfelt practices of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Yoga with Ta***ic Hatha tradition. She is an over 1000 hrs certified and registered Yoga teacher.

At the centre of her approach lies a unique system of breathing that stimulates the vital energies of the body. Providing strength, conditioning and balance to the mind and the body’s systems. Her classes incorporate asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, bandhas and mudras.
