Clare Badham is a holder of The British Wheel of Yoga's teaching diploma, a 500 hour course covering anatomy and physiology to teach yoga safely, and the study of the philosphy of this ancient art and its relevence to the modern world. Clare's classes are suitable for men and women of all ages, abilities and experience and are available both Online via Zoom, and in villages around Stalham. Practices will be modified to accomodate the individual's own capabilities, taking into account any conditions, such as back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure etc. Covering yoga postures, breath control, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation, coming to yoga should help you feel better physically and emotionally, and better able to deal with the pressures of modern day living. The simplest of breathing, movement, relaxation and meditation can help to restore balance and harmony.
