We are so excited to share a member of our team Sophia is starting her Clinical Supervision Training. So we have availability for supervision sessions. Here is what you need to know:

- Sophia is a qualified and highly experienced Dance Movement Psychotherapist who works with young people and adults. She is undertaking her Clinical Supervision qualification
- She has spaces for qualified psychotherapists/ therapists/ counsellors from different modalities to attend either fortnightly or monthly supervision. She will provide a reflective space for you to explore your client work through the use of verbal communication and creative techniques.
- We are offering these sessions at a discounted rate

Want to understand your mental wellbeing more and learn more about techniques to help you regulate?

Led by our Director of Clinical Services, Natalie Tayte, take some time out from a chaotic world to expand your ‘psychological toolkit’. This includes:

- An introduction to how the nervous system works and the role it plays in your body
- Learn about & understand mental wellbeing
- Practice helpful breathing and grounding techniques
- Explore how to regulate your nervous system through sensory inputs

We have created an accessible session to help you develop your understanding of yourself, and the techniques that can help you regulate in a chaotic world. This feels particularly important & vital at the moment and we are so happy to be able to host it at our home in Carrow House.

This two and a half hour session is £40 and this includes light snacks & a regulation tool kit to take home.
