It feels like just yesterday we were writing a post to celebrate our 5th birthday and here we are a whole year later! We are so excited to have reached another year of helping and supporting those who need it.

Apparently Iron is the customary symbol for a 6th anniversary, representing strength and durability. We are entering our 6th year feeling deeply rooted in our ever expanding community of staff, volunteers and the broader social enterprise networks we are part of. That community is what makes us strong and when you are brave enough to lean into community that's when the magic happens.

We are feeling grateful for everyone who has helped us get here today. Thank you :)

A glimpse into Sophia’s first weekend of Supervision training. Explorations aplenty! Thank you to Sophia for sharing this with us.

As our event is coming up (still some places available!) We chatted to Lotte Large, who is running the session, about what she was looking forward to...

"I’m looking forward to creating a space for participants to discover and understand parts of self, and to explore how to integrate parts work into their therapeutic practices with clients.

We’ll also be spending some time thinking about what parts of you can get activated in your client work - countertransference redefined!"

We are so excited to share that we are hosting a CPD event here at Carrow House led by Lotte Large.

"An Introduction to working with parts of self with Lotte Large"

The Event

| 4th October 2025 | 9 - 2pm | £35

You may be aware of parts of yourself or your clients that are playful, or angry, or scared and frozen, or intellectual, or creative... the list is endless and unique to each of us. Sometimes these parts exist together in harmony and sometimes they are polarised and fragmented.

This workshop will be experiential and reflective and you will hopefully leave with an understanding of parts work, ideas of how to integrate this way of working into your practice, and perhaps a connection to some of your own parts!

About Lotte

I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and work in private practice in Norwich. I have explored my own parts in my personal therapy, and have done several training courses in parts work and it is now one of the main ways I work with clients in my practice.

We are so excited to share a member of our team Sophia is starting her Clinical Supervision Training. So we have availability for supervision sessions. Here is what you need to know:

- Sophia is a qualified and highly experienced Dance Movement Psychotherapist who works with young people and adults. She is undertaking her Clinical Supervision qualification
- She has spaces for qualified psychotherapists/ therapists/ counsellors from different modalities to attend either fortnightly or monthly supervision. She will provide a reflective space for you to explore your client work through the use of verbal communication and creative techniques.
- We are offering these sessions at a discounted rate
