This is the second session focusing on two different areas of the body: the abdomen and glutes. 🤩
Special attention is given to the abdomen, where stubborn fat can be the hardest to shift.
Through targeted core exercises and consistent effort, we aim to strengthen, tighten, and define the midsection.
