All understandings of meditation, energy work, and spirituality are welcome in class. You are encouraged to build confidence and connection inward. Please book in advance so I know who’s coming 💖

We have an incredible Saturday ahead at The Yoga Tree.

I’ll be there from 10:30am offering 1:1 Reiki Sessions in the small studio. These are short (40min) Reiki Sessions where all we’re doing is resting with Reiki. This is session has limited talk-time for maximum rest.

You will leave with a notecard that includes your intention and 2-3 intuitive notes from me to consider exploring post-session.

There are currently ✨two slots✨ left:

I bring these exact sessions to festivals so they are a PERFECT way to try Reiki for the first time or enjoy a little boost anytime.

Our main event arrives at 2pm with Soulcare Saturday. This is our 90 minute meditation and spiritual practices workshop in-person at The Yoga Tree. Join us for your monthly dose of soulful comfort and exploration. I am thrilled to offer a space that celebrates energy work and your own personal connection to spirituality.

You can expect:
🧘‍♀️A few minutes of gentle movement
🧘‍♀️Light box breathing to center the mind
🧘‍♀️Laying your own hands on your body for love and recognition
🧘‍♀️Calling in Univers Energy and creative power
🧘‍♀️Chakra based meditation

After a short break we explore a spiritual practice that rotates each month!

Remember, there is a lovely cafe at The Yoga Tree so please feel welcome to hang out and enjoy the space before, after, and throughout this great day. You do not have to do Reiki AND the workshop...but you might like to!
