Hello beautiful souls,
Thank you for your interest in this beautiful morning flow, πΈ
Flow onto the morning connecting with nature and really feel a sense of connection and calmness within, we will keep talking to a minimum at this stage to really become present in the moment, πΏ
We'll start with a gentle mindful walk, listening to the birds, the plants and the stream, engaging ourselves and bringing our awareness back to our bodies, ποΈ
Then we will flow into a gentle meditative flow style yoga, connecting the movement with the breathe, to clear any tension and free the mind, π§
Then we will gather for an optional dip, this is a great way to release and regulate any emotions bringing the body back into balance, π
Lastly we will finish with heart connections, chats and herbal tea, β
