✨ In one of my sessions today, we were talking about qualities that we like about ourselves.

Some of these were chosen from a variety of written words, some from verbal choices or suggestions.

This one was totally spontaneous. 'I am loved.' This one warmed my heart today! ❤️

The new term has come with snow! ❄️

For some that may bring fun and joy. For others it can be tricky for routines and schedules!

Today we're celebrating Maxine! 🎂

Happy Birthday Maxine! 🥳

"I love my job so much that I am working past my retirement!! I really enjoy getting to know children and their families and watching them progress in skills and confidence. I like to add a game or two and especially love a pop up game - I have a cupboard full at home 😁

I like to spend my birthday with my brothers and sisters, especially as I am a twin. We usually go for a beach walk and then have a pub meal 😊"

Being a parent is one of the hardest jobs there is! When our children are struggling with their speech and language skills, it can be too easy to blame ourselves. Helping you to know you are good enough and helping you to know how you are the best communication partner for your child is such an important part of our job.
