Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself as I have had some new followers over the last few months. I’m Jaime, and firstly, thank you so much for following and being here 🤍
I have wanted to write this post for a while, but the introvert in me has talked me out of it more than once.
I began offering sound baths because I discovered them myself during a difficult time in my life. I needed a quiet space, just for an hour, where I could slow down, breathe, and find a sense of peace and calm. That experience stayed with me, and it’s what inspired me to start creating these spaces for others.
If you have never been to a sound bath before, they can be quite hard to describe and every sound practitioner is different. While gongs are the main instruments used in my sessions, each journey is unique, and what you expect to hear (or feel) can change every time.
I like to guide the session with a blend of instruments, beginning with gentle drumming to help ground the mind and body, followed by chimes, singing bowls, rain stick and ocean drum. Together, these sounds create a flowing sound journey that supports deep rest and relaxation.
If you are feeling unsure or on the fence about coming along, my invitation is simply to try one and see how it feels for you. Many people find the effects linger long after the session has ended, helping to gently shift tension or stuck energy in the body.
Life can be busy and full with work, family, expectations, and the quiet pressures we place on ourselves. If you would like to give yourself an hour just for you, to rest and reset, I would truly love to hold that space for you.
I look forward to welcoming you 😊
