Reiki is an energy treatment which is gentle and subtle but extremely powerful. It is safe for all ages and can assist with the healing of any emotional or physical problems. Reiki is also a very effective treatment for animals, especially dogs and horses. ead massage works in the same way as reflexology. It includes work on the pressure points on the head, neck and back. Meditation is a fantastic way to relax, clear your head and release tension in the body. All of these holistic therapies work on your body and your mind, releasing tension and stress and allowing your body to get itself back to a balanced state of being. They bring about a sense of peace and calm, allowing you to sleep well and live your life without stress.
