Along with my degree, I have conducted additional studies into nutritional therapy, natural beauty & skincare, aromatherapy and flower essence therapy; which has given me a more complete understanding of using natural remedies for health and wellness. My practice has a foundation in science-based medicine using the current knowledge of botanical medicine whilst interweaving the teachings and exper

ience of centuries-old traditions. I utilise a holistic approach to healing; incorporating the mind and body, the whole body, to achieve balance and health. Educating you about wellness and nutrition is an important and essential part of my practice. I aim for you to leave a consultation with the tools and guidance to make the necessary changes to improve your wellbeing.

Had a lovely time at the Suffolk Pagan & Alternative Summer Fayre Earth Spirit Event with my partner and mum on Sunday! We got to hold a very cute barn owl Evie’s Owls! And there was so many stalls selling such beautiful things! We also attended and enjoyed the drumming workshop held by Moira Hoogendijk! Looking forward to the next one!

Picking primrose flowers for tincturing and to dry for tea! 🌼🌿✨

Primrose is the epitome of the spring cottage garden flower. Cheerful and delicate, its yellow and pink flowers typically dot the landscapes of meadows and woodland. 🧚✨

The primrose has been associated with faeries. In Ireland, they are known as “fairy flowers”. It is said that leaving primroses on your doorstep will ensure that faeries will bless the house. The Druids believed that the primrose flower would ward off evil spirits. ✨

The flowers and leaves may be eaten in salads (but should be avoided if you are on blood-thinning medication, allergic to aspirin or have a salicylate intolerance).

Violet Syrup 💜✨

On the night of the full moon, I made an incredibly magical syrup made from the flowers of the sweet violet (Viola odorata).

The flowers have the sweetest perfume and smell exactly of parma violets (my favourite childhood sweet 🥰).

Sweet violet is an amazing respiratory herb, which makes it perfect for use as a syrup. I took a spoonful as I was making it and I could feel it clear my lungs straight away. Herbal medicine truly is magic. ✨
