I have recently been looking at buying a new mattress, it is not an easy experience!
I remembered about a couple of sites that I have found personally useful in the past when looking at all things sleep related, so I thought I would share!

Supporting people across all ages to improve sleep, and provides sleep training to professionals in the health, social and corporate sectors.

Happy New Year!!
For all those starting new activities or going back after a break, start gradually and most importantly listen to your body! A much bigger set back if you go overboard too quickly.
Good luck! The days are starting to get longer again and hopefully this will make it easier for us all to be motivated. 🤞

After two years wearing masks in clinic, we have received notification from the Institute of Osteopathy this week that this is no longer a requirement.
So you will get to see my smiling face when you come in and I will get to see yours!
However, if you feel more comfortable with me wearing a mask, i would be more than happy to oblige.

This is a great group for elders, those with family/friends who are elders, as well as those who care for elders!
They explore current knowledge, report the latest findings, and share the experts' tips on everything from exercise to money to nutrition. They are also a community that will stay socially engaged by sharing experiences and information with each other on topics brought to you either in their newsletter or on their page. Along the way, you may get to know some interesting elder characters.

I am hoping everyone is keeping well. Look after your backs at this time of year if wrapping gifts! If you are not used to sitting on the floor try wrapping on a dining/kitchen table or for smaller presents the ironing board is a good place to wrap! Merry Christmas everybody! 🎄

There will be no change from the 19th july in our high standards of hygiene and infection control and as a health care clinic we are required to ask you to wear a face covering unless exempt whilst you attend.

Absolutely wonderful weekend spent in Oxfordshire with Caroline Stone for a face to face practical course on treating complex and chronic pelvic pain. So refreshing to be learning away from the computer!!
