This Monday at our little visitors session, we had the pleasure of seeing Savanna.

Savanna has been visiting us since we started our sessions with Friend in Deed 💜

Savanna will he starting school on Wednesday and we wanted to say thank you to her and her mum for the pleasure they have given us with the fun and laughter during their visits.

Savanna we wish you well in your school years and look forward to hopefully seeing you in the school holidays.

So Mr dod didn’t sunbathe much as it was super hot and too severe to burn my skin in Spain 🇪🇸 🔥 so don’t expect a shade of tan on me 😂

🌟 A Creative Afternoon at Brooke House! 🌟

Our residents enjoyed a delightful session of origami, the beautiful art of paper folding! 🎨✨ With colorful papers chosen with care, we took a trip down memory lane as we folded Chinese cookies, sparking laughter and fond memories from our youth 😄💖

One of our talented residents even crafted a lovely photo frame! 📸💞

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with creativity, fun, and reminiscing.

We love these moments that bring joy and connection! 💜

Our residents at Brooke House enjoyed a luxury chocolate tasting courtesy of Hunter’s Chocolates!

Gary and Nichola of Hunters chocolates gifted the residents a selection of luxury handmade chocolates from their classic and summer ranges 🍫

These were enjoyed by residents in the home ✨

This week we took a trip to Hoveton Hall! 💜

Our residents enjoyed seeing a variety of different flowers and loved the sensory grasses and the sound of running water.

There was lots of comments on how beautiful the flowers were and the feel of the sun on their skin.
A picnic under a beautiful tree with lots of chatter.

And course we had to try the ice cream - A lovely day enjoying the sun and company ✨🙌

🐕 We had a little visitor today at Brooke House Care Home and he was an absolutely great participant. Just the clapping and marching disturbed him but he loved my singing 😆 woof woof 🐶

Our residents took part in meaningful tasks 🙌

They buffed the cutlery and glasses and folded napkins before laying the tables for lunch - We also had a lovely chat about things we used to do and our families.

These types of activities are just as important as group activities and give a sense of achievement ✨👏
