It’s our week for positive feedback 🎉🎊
This was emailed today after a first visit with a new client “Please thank ### so much for today, i feel so happy to have achieved so much with her support today”. Our team lead is super supportive but it is so nice to hear it from our clients too.

It has been one of the toughest weeks, but to get this feedback and support from a professional helps. “You were amazing. He was always saying what wonderful support you were.

It’s a cold and dark morning but we are ready for another day of supporting our clients. Preparing food and batching cooking is becoming one of our main duties recently, ensuring individuals have something hot and nutritious to eat.
Celeriac soup was a first but very tasty 🤗

A very sad day for our team yesterday. 1 year of supporting the most interesting, funny and caring clients, our time with him has come to an end. We know we gave him the very best care and made his life more bearable. He felt safe, supported and most of all listened to. We will always remember you 🙏😞
