We are super proud of our client who cooked yesterday for the first time in ages. We worked together and listened to music at the same time. There were a few moments of Gordon Ramsey but we managed. Meal prep for a few days. Not only is it cheaper but healthier 💪🌽🥕🥦🍚

🐘🌿 Elwood Back in His Natural Habitat! 🌿🐘
Today, the team at Mind Matters Care and Support headed off to Banham Zoo for a brilliant day out with a client — and of course, Elwood the Elephant was right at home! 💙
From train rides 🚂 to hopping on the tractor 🚜 and even making friends with a goat 🐐, Elwood truly embraced the wild life today!
We explored the zoo and spotted flamingos, monkeys, penguins, and the cutest red pandas 🐧🐒🦩 — a full day of adventure, laughter, and smiles all round.
It’s days like this that remind us how important it is to get out, have fun, and create meaningful memories together 💫
