Living First Aid Courses are run throughout the region or in your workplace, making it easier to get your staff qualified.

Providing high quality first aid and lifeguard training that is approved by Ofqual Awarding Organisations, the Association of First Aiders, AoFA Qualifications and the Royal Life Saving Society.

Thinking about becoming a lifeguard? 🏊‍♀️

You can gain two essential qualifications in one with our upcoming RLSS UK Integrated National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and First Aid at Work (FAW) course at Sportspark.

📅 When: Monday 30 June – Friday 4 July 2025

This course is perfect for anyone looking to start or progress a career in the leisure industry, or simply learn vital lifesaving skills.

By the end of the course, you’ll hold a nationally recognised lifeguarding qualification along with Level 3 First Aid at Work – giving you the confidence and skills to act in an emergency both in and out of the pool.

The course costs £270, and bookings close on Friday 13 June – so don’t miss out!

A really lovely day at Sportspark UEA with a super bunch of swimming teachers, all renewing their NRASTC qualification with flying colours 🏊🏻‍♀️ Weirdly, I had Libby’s first ever swimming teacher Amanda Howes and also her current swimming coach Ruby on the course ❤️
