I provide massage and manual lymphatic drainage at Treat Clinic, Lawson rd Norwich and from a lovely room on Guildhall Hill, Norwich. I also run a clinic on the Norwich science park for staff members and previously provided massage for the Norfolk and Norwich hospital staff. I began my massage training 17 years ago, while working in molecular biology. I strive to provide careful, balanced treatmen
ts which are effective and releasing physically, yet also grounding emotionally. I like to work with my clients to find out the root cause of their issues and provide advice on self help, posture and stretches when possible. I'm a calm person with good listening skills and have a reassuring, professional approach. I offer stand-alone massage styles, but really enjoy blending techniques and modalities to provide a rich and unique treatment for the individual, specific to their needs on the day. Along the way I have qualified In Holistic Massage, Advanced Pregnancy Massage, Traditional Thai Foot and Leg Massage, Indian Head Massage, myofascial release and Manual lymphatic drainage. I've attended numerous further training workshops in Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure and am currently training as an Oncology Massage Therapist. I try to further my skills with more training each year.
