Extended CO2 laser blepharoplasty. A gentle procedure performed under local anaesthetic. It is bloodless because of the hemostatic properties of the CO2 laser. Muscle is shrunk rather than cut, again with the CO2 laser. It is especially good for the lateral hooding -skin excess of the outer part of the upper eyelid which is a common area of concern as we get older.
