So, what is Yin yoga? 🤔
Yin yoga invites deep release through longer-held poses, targeting the fascia and joints while nurturing the subtle (energetic) body. Naomi’s approach weaves in breathwork, meditation, and a strong anatomical awareness - creating a space that feels both grounded and expansive.
Props support the body so you can surrender safely, find stability, and allow the deeper layers of the practice to unfold. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or completely new to yin, this class offers a nourishing reset for body and mind ✨
