REPLAY 5k TRAIL RACE EVENT 🙏🏻
Huge shout out to and the Replay Team for putting on an awesome 5k run club trail event this morning, and to all those who turned out. What a great community we have 🫶🏻. We also want to say a massive thank you to our marshalls, we couldn’t have done it without you…… we think some people would probably still be running round the woods!! 🪾

RUN NORWICH 2026🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️
To all our clients running Norwich 10k next Sunday, we will be at the clinic from 8.30am - if you would like to meet us there, leave your things (keys, clothes, bags), head up together, warm up together, refreshments after, you are all welcome!!
The team are running too and will be meeting you there and see you after! Please drop a 👍🏻 in the comments if you are joining us!

NORWICH YOGA FESTIVAL 2025 🧘🏼‍♀️
Yesterday we were at Whitlingham hosted by the gorgeous and talented . And what a day it was!!!
At the fit tent hosted our regular Saturday recovery run club before lead a 50 people strong hip mobility taster session, where the general consensus was that it was spicy 🌶️!!
Over at the massage tent held the fort beginning the hands on treatments early doors until and rocked back up to get involved. We treated back to back all day and we absolutely loved meeting new clients and hearing about all the different yoga classes people had been attending 🙏🏻
The festival is always so busy and the vibes yesterday were on point, as was the weather…… just! If you’ve not been before, we cannot recommend it enough, 2026 I’m sure will be even bigger and even better, so keep your eyes peeled for the ticket sales!
A massive thank you to everyone who came to see us and to for having us. We loved it 🤍
