We are open this Saturday, our base is at the top of Prince of Wales Rd and we will have a team patrolling tonight. It will be 12 degrees. If you need medical assistance, water, your phone charging, flip flops or need any other help please come and see us. We also have our support vehicle so much needed Ambulances are left available, should you need to go to A&E

Due to an incident last night, we have to unfortunately remind users of this.

Zero tolerance

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to violence, aggression and abuse towards our staff. This means we will always challenge any abuse and take appropriate action.
We consider abuse to be:
• physical assault, including spitting, use of weapons and throwing objects
• verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment or threatening behaviour
• discriminatory behaviour based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics
If you make the choice to abuse our volunteers, we will take action. This could include but is not limited to:
• withdrawing care
• reporting to the police and seeking prosecution
Our volunteers will respect everyone and expect the same in return.

We are Volunteers, we dont expect to have to deal with abuse while giving up our time to assist those in need.
