It’s getting closer to hopefully seeing the lockdown ending. However for now we must still make the best we can. I’m still online teaching yoga via Zoom and I must say it’s been very successful. The odd glitch (including a bout of illness) but generally 3 times a week every week.
Monday at 3pm
Wednesday at 10.30am
Friday at 12.30 am

Next month I’d like to throw in an offer for both regular attendees AND new participants.
Whole month unlimited classes is usually £55 payable on 1st.
Here’s next months offer:
£30 if purchased by Friday 26th March
£40 if purchased by Sunday 28th March
£50 if purchased before 1st April
Then on 1st will go back up to £55

To you all
I hope you’ve had as best a Christmas as you can with all the restrictions. Let’s hope next year brings much happiness and joy and a way out of this crazy pandemic!

I’d like to propose a difference to next years class times in the hope it works better for some of you. This will be a trial for January to gauge engagement, work around peoples other commitments and the lockdown and can be altered February if not great. So....

All classes online via Zoom which is easy to install on your device and use.

Monday’s - 3pm
Wednesday- 10.30
Friday 12.30

The price will vary depending on amount of classes per week as it has this month being;
1 class a week £33 or £9 drop in
2 classes a week £40
3 classes £55

With a £5 discount on all options if bought purchased before January 1st (Well it is January sale time 🤷🏻‍♀️💖🤣)

I hate the sales part of my job but unfortunately do have to let you all know. I am eternally grateful to each and every one if you for the support you have given me throughout this most difficult year. Maybe next year we can all get together again for a gathering in person, but for now online is definitely safest for us all. WELL........thanks to Zoom All my classes WILL be running at normal times. If you’d like to join in my classes from your home via Zoom. All classes will be £8 each paid prior to class to book your space.
I will also be offering 1-2-1 yoga £30 for the hour. Personal Training via Zoom or in Old Catton with either Myself or Amanda Waring.

Your next yoga retreat with Free Spirit Therapies is on it’s way this September 19th-25th! This huge beautiful villa is located next to one of Southern Attica’s most beautiful seaside towns with spectacular views of the sea from its elevated position above the Athenian Riviera. There is plenty to do on site and close by, it even has its own miniature church in the gardens. Central Athens is only 40 mins away so an excursion for the day will be included in our activities! Each morning you will have breakfast waiting for you and an hour of yoga, followed by the option of a guided walk/hike, tennis on our own tennis courts or just relax by our own private pool. Your evening meals will also be provided followed by another yoga session.
