From everyone at Cavell Court Care Home, we would like to wish you all a very Happy Easter! 🐣🌸

It has been an eggciting time here, filled with community Easter egg hunts, in-home hunts, and plenty of fun and games shared between our wonderful staff and residents. Getting involved with our local community is so important to us, and it’s been lovely to celebrate together and create special memories.

Of course, no Easter would be complete without a sweet treat, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed a delicious chocolate surprise! 🍫💛

Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a joyful and memorable celebration.

This week so far, with plenty more to go, our residents have been wonderfully busy, enjoying quality time together and taking part in a variety of activities. From board games and arts & crafts to lively entertainment with Adam and gentle seated exercise sessions, there has been something for everyone.

It’s been so lovely for everyone, with lots of memories made, laughter shared, and great companionship all around 💛

Here’s what’s coming up this week at Cavell Court — and it’s packed with something for everyone! 😊

We’re kicking things off with board games in the coffee shop on Monday, followed by arts & crafts in the Hobby Hive 🎨

Tuesday brings some delicious baking in Goodwin, and a special live performance in the coffee shop 🎤

On Wednesday, residents can enjoy seated exercise in the Elizabeth Lounge, along with a relaxing Namaste Care session 💜

Thursday is full of variety with Cavell’s Club in the cinema, our Community Easter Egg Hunt 🐣, and yoga with Bella 🧘‍♀️

Friday we’ll be turning up the music with Andy’s Mobile Disco, before testing our knowledge in the Big Quiz 🎶🧠

Over the weekend, we have one-to-one time with Becky and Andy, plus everyone’s favourite — Bingo! 🎱

And on Sunday afternoon, we’ll be showing “Meet Me in St. Louis” in the cinema 🍿

There’s plenty to look forward to — we can’t wait to enjoy another fun-filled week together! 💛

What a wonderful week we’ve had here at Cavell Court!

Our residents have been keeping active with some great seated exercise sessions, enjoying plenty of laughs during balloon table tennis, and of course, getting competitive at our weekly bingo!

There’s also been time to relax and socialise with coffee in the coffee shop ☕, as well as making the most of the lovely weather with a refreshing walk out in the garden

It’s been a week full of smiles, activity, and great company — just the way we like it!
