What a wonderful afternoon! Our residents thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing and uplifting yoga session with Bella 🧘‍♀️💙
There were plenty of smiles, gentle stretches, and lots of laughter along the way.

Yoga is a fantastic activity for older adults, helping to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility, while also supporting relaxation and overall wellbeing. It was lovely to see everyone moving at their own pace and enjoying both the physical and social benefits of the session.

Thank you, Bella, for such a lovely experience — we look forward to the next one! ☺️

🍪 Baking, Biscuits & Brilliant Company! ☕🧩

Our residents dusted off their aprons and headed back into the kitchen for some baking fun—and the results were delicious!
Freshly baked ginger biscuits filled the air with the best smells, and we all enjoyed them with a cosy cup of coffee, plenty of laughs, and a few friendly games.
The afternoon wrapped up perfectly with Andy and his giant crossword, getting everyone thinking, chatting, and working together. A wonderful day of creativity, connection, and sweet treats!
