I’m so excited to bring mobile holistic & sports massage straight to your home — meaning you can relax, recover and restore without leaving your space. 

Whether you’re looking to ease everyday tension, support your training, improve flexibility, or just give yourself a moment of calm — I’ve got you covered. Sessions are tailored to how you feel that day for results that really meet you where you’re at.

Something special is coming...

I’m bringing my mandala flow into a full-day retreat experience at The Lion’s Den, City in Norwich.

🕥 When: Saturday 9th May, 11.30am – 5pm
📍 Where: The Lion's Den City, Norwich
💷 Price: £70 per person (note, spaces are limited)

What you can look forward to:

✨ We’ll begin with a strong, spiralling mandala vinyasa practice — building heat and moving in all directions around the mat.
🔥 Then we shift into contrast with a 60 minute sauna and cold plunge session.
🥖 We nourish with a seasonal lunch in the Lion's Den Cafe.
✨ We soften into a slower restorative yoga session (with optional head massage).
🧘🏻‍♀️ And we close with a sound bath to integrate it all, provided by the wonderful

This day is designed as a full nervous system reset — from activation to deep restoration.

Open to all levels, with optional intermediate layers woven into the mandala flow.

If you’ve been craving a day to move powerfully and rest profoundly — I’d love to hold this space for you.

This is my 5th year challenging myself to daily yoga throughout January… my first as a yoga teacher and my first trying to document it. Wish me luck!
