Do you have a 'go-to' essential oil that you take with you everywhere you go?

For us is Lavander and Lemon oils, both used for distinctly opposite reasons:
🌱 Lavender to keep us calm and soothe the anxiety
🌱 Lemon to give us some energy, and to help with random stains when eating out ( just dab a couple of drops and it will help you protect your clothing until you get home!).

⚠️ Always remember, that if you are putting any Essential Oils on the skin, use a diluted version (with carrier oil such as Coconut oil). Never apply the undiluted version directly on the skin.
