Will you be weaning your baby onto solid foods in 2026? 🥦 The Weaning Workshop is here to help!

💁‍♀️I'm Ellen, I'm a Registered Associate Nutritionist and I support families wean their little ones onto solid foods. Weaning can be a nerve wracking time in some households, so I'm here to help you feel comfortable and confident with the process ✨

The session is 90 minutes long, and covers a range of topics such as different approaches to weaning (purees & baby-led), introducing allergens, gagging and choking, eating behaviours and much more!
