I came to see you five weeks before I ran the virtual London marathon in October 21. I was have real trouble with my breathing and energy and was contemplating pulling out as couldn’t get over 10 miles without stopping. The Sunday after I saw you I ran 18 miles non-stop. I completed the marathon 33 miles faster than the virtual London last year and knocked 8 minutes off my best ever time. You restored my faith that I’m not past it and still have plenty of running in me. I don’t know what you do or how you do it but I’m glad you do!

This really makes you think about the various types of pain killers. Through my own experience with acute pain and working with clients in pain… I have had success in rebooting the body’s own system to deal with pain.
Pain is not always a physical issue, it can be a mental or energy blockage, an endocrine system not firing out the correct chemicals to assist the body. It can be caused by old scar tissue, surgery trauma, birth trauma, so in this case releasing the trauma can ease the pain dramatically…
Do not get me wrong pain killers have their place, but when they need to be increased or cannot cope without them, maybe think of looking at for alternative assistance that may help.

Long Covid

Over the last year, I have been working remotely and in clinic and have been assisting clients with Covid and long Covid. The body sometimes needs a reminder that it is no longer in fight mode and it is time to start repairing the body to get stronger and help certain areas to reconnect and take a breath after the hardwork of fighting the virus.
