It's not just the support we provide with daily living tasks that makes a difference to our customer's quality of life but also the social interaction, compassion and reassurance they receive from out care team.
All our team love chatting with our customers, especially when they are reminiscing of times gone by, sharing stories and anecdotes of their past. Even taking 5/10 minutes to engage someone in conversation can help ease feelings of isolation.

The Easter Bunny has visited the office just in time for our Coffee and Cake event. I hope the team enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to our next event on 21st April. ☺️

We are looking forward to our coffee and cake get together, only thing left to plan is what cakes to make!!!!!
These are a great opportunity for all our staff to come together, build relationships and relax. Our Coffee and cake events are open to all staff old and new, if you fancy popping along let us know so we can make sure we have plenty of cake to go round.

Our next "Coffee and Cake" Carers event takes place next Thursday between 1pm and 4pm, it is a great time for our staff to come together and relax. These are open to both current staff and leavers, so if you fancy popping along let us know so we can make sure there is enough cake and treats to go around.

This Friday we are hosting our first coffee event of the year for our Carers, this is open to staff old and new and a great opportunity for everyone to come together, relax and chat over cake.

"Pin-up" Pete (as he is known by the office team) has had a busy festive period. He had a visit to the Panto, went to a Bad Manners gig at Epic studios, visited Fellbrigg hall to see the decorations and been on many Christmas walks around Norwich and Norfolk.

This years Carers Christmas drop in was great fun, we even had two of our customers join in the festivities.

We love to show case our amazing care team and the fantastic job they all do, going above and beyond to ensure all our customers are safe and well cared for.
Our Employee of the Month recognition scheme is awarded to the staff member with the most customer nominations.

We would like to congratulate Daisy who won May, Beverley who won June, Riecher who won July, Karen who won August, Sally who won September, Iuliia who won October, Precious who won November and Georgia who was our final winner of the year in December. We were a little delayed in getting some of these out but we have finally caught up.
